Sleman, Thursday (05/23) at 1:00 p.m., the MEP FEB UGM Student Association (HIMMEP) held the inauguration of the 2019/2020 HIMMEP Management Board and the position handover from the HiMMEP Board for the 2018/2019 period to the new management at the Mubyarto MEP FEB UGM Auditorium. The event was attended by MEP FEB UGM Manager, Dr. Dumairy, M.A. and Wakhid Slamet Ciptono, M.B.A., Ph.D … Also present were MEP FEB UGM students from several classes and members of the management association of students from MM, Maksi, and MD Study Programs. The event began with a greeting from the chairman of the committee and continued with remarks from the board of the HIMMEP for the 2018/2019 period. Chair of the MEP Study Program, Dr. Dumairy, MA appoints and takes the oath of office for the HIMMEP Period 2019/2020 with the Chairperson of the elected HIMMEP Mahocca Swangga Purusa (Class of 61).
In his remarks, Dumairy conveyed his appreciation and gratitude to the committee who have successfully held this position handover without any riots. “I also express my gratitude to all members of the old and new HIMMEP management who have been willing to involve in an organization along with your academic pursuits. Even though you can divide your time between organizational and academic activities, don’t let this HIMMEP be a scapegoat for postponing your graduation or getting poor grades, instead by being a HIMMEP aofficers, you must be more motivated in carrying out the academic activities.
