Soft-Skills Training and Recharging for Leaders in Economic Development, abbreviated as STAR FLEET is a soft-skills program required by all students of the MEP FEB UGM program. The main goal of this program is to improve the quality of graduates. The MEP FEB UGM Program prepares 7 (seven) series of soft skills. The students have to participate in all series every semester. The detailed activities are below:

1. Compulsory Topics

• Personal Integrity.
• Critical Thinking Skills.
• Bahasa Indonesia for Academic Purpose (Scientific Writing).
• Reference and Anti-Plagiarism.

2. Optional Topics. The students should take 2 out of 3 topics offered below:

• Oral and Written Communication.
• Public Speaking.
• Leadership and Teamwork.
