Soft Skills Training and Recharging for Leaders in Economic Development (STAR FLEET) is a mandatory soft skills development program for all students enrolled in MEP FEB UGM. The program is designed to enhanced graduate competencies by equipping students with essential academics, professional, and leadership skills required for both scholarly pursuits and carrier development.
